「DAIKAN Street」are collaborating with major Japanese household name Ajinomoto for the Bristol Japan Cultural Showcase 2026 to present a 5-Gyoza Set showcasing the variety of flavours Ajinomoto offer.
We will be presenting gyoza classics such as Pork Chicken and Vegan gyozas. In addition, from their series “A fusion of traditions by Ajinomoto”: Thai Red Curry Chicken and Korean Beef flavours.

• A bold fusion of gochujang, red pepper, and velvety pear mousse in a beef gyoza.
🇹🇭 Thai Style Red Curry Chicken Gyoza
• A vibrant mix of red curry, coconut milk, and mango in a chicken gyoza.
